Here's a few snippets from the new Spot Whiskeys' website (www.spotwhiskey.com) which I've helped to write for ZOO Digital; it's a site that's rich in history and colourful stories, mixed with modern food pairings and cocktails – a true reflection of the whiskeys themselves, both back in the day and today.
