This was a fun little project internally for Cogs & Marvel. Since there were so many new joiners, the idea was to give them a guide (or passport!) to everything they need to know. It'd help them get to know who's who, and what they do. I wrote it (or a lot of it) and actually it was a great way for me to get to know what everyone did too. Often, we all just sit there but never really blend departments – this was a good first step to actually talking and listening to each other and what we do on a daily basis. But, in a fun way.
